Product Overview

The WaterTec S100 is the simplest and most effective way to turn any sprinkler timer into a Smart Irrigation Controller. The S100 includes one biSensor utilizing Baseline's patented and field proven soil moisture sensing technology to control watering based on actual soil moisture content.  Baseline's patented soil moisture sensors offer industry leading accuracy and durability, featuring a corrosion-proof fiberglass sensor element, advanced TDT digital sensing technology, and work perfectly in all soil types and conditions.

The S100 also provides a revolutionary auto-calibration function which simplifies initial configuration. Based on observed soil moisture behavior in your specific soil over a 24 hour period, the auto-calibration function will set a soil moisture watering threshold that is optimal for your site specific conditions. This threshold is the soil moisture value at which the S100 will allow your sprinkler system to water. The S100 communicates with the biSensor over your existing valve wires making installation a snap, and is compatible with all brands of sprinkler timers.  Long, 25ft sensor wires insure a better install - you won't need an extra valve box or additional connectors and wires.

Installation Overview

The WaterTec S100 is easy to install to any new or existing landscape.  With just a few simple steps, a typical first-time installation can be expected to take roughly 40 minutes.
