Larry Miller Motorsports Park
This 526 Acre, $80M motor sports complex was designed by world-renowned track designer Alan Wilson, and includes the US's longest road course. The site will include four race tracks and 20 buildings including a clubhouse, auto museum, and services for crowds of up to 50,000 spectators. The park opens in April 2006, with national races starting in June.

Baseline's unique water management solutions were critical to this project, which has a water supply limited by city and county infrastructure. Through careful irrigation design provided by Conservation Sprinkler and Baseline's BaseStation 6000 system, the lush vision for this property is being made possible even within the tight project budget and external water limitations.
