BaseStation 3200 Version 16.3 Firmware

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Update from USB Drive Only
Until further notice, users must use a USB drive to do firmware updates on the BaseStation 3200. The BaseManager firmware update option has been disabled. For instructions, refer to Updating the Firmware from a USB Drive.
  • TRC Remote Controls
TRC remote controls do not operate with BaseStation 3200 controllers that have been updated to V16. Baseline no longer sells the TRC remote control product.
  • Multiple Mainline Configurations
Users who have multiple mainlines are strongly encouraged to map out all zone to mainline assignments prior to updating to V16. The V16 updater protocol will move all zones to Mainline 1. You will need to reassign the zones to each individual mainline following the update. Refer to Assigning Zones to Mainlines in the BaseStation 3200 User Manual.
  • Program Summary Report
All users are strongly encouraged to export a Program Summary prior to updating to V16. Refer to Exporting Controller Data in the BaseStation 3200 User Manual.
  • Required Firmware
Users who want to update to V16 must have firmware version 12.30 or higher. The download for firmware version 12.34 can be found on the Legacy Products tab.
